We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join us as our Office & HR Administrator. If you are personable, a go-getter, with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in your work, we want to hear from you

**The Role**

As our Office Administrator, you will help ensure the agency runs smoothly by providing a responsive, organised administrative service. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, and will support the HR Director with employee experience, recruitment, and other HR initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to support the organisation of employee engagement activities and initiatives. Getting to understand the business objectives, culture, values, and operational running of Revere will be vital to your success.

You will have great people skills and be a confident team player. The role will be varied, and you’ll support multiple team members and support any other ad hoc business requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Office and facilities**
- The daily running of the office, ensuring the office is maintained in a tidy state
- Manage any required office improvements or developments
- Ordering milk, other office supplies
- Purchasing of stationary supplies, refreshments, and other requirements
- Purchasing relevant cleaning and other office suppliers
- Filtering incoming post, general information, queries, and phone calls
- Liaison with office suppliers

**Business administration**
- Supporting the organisation of employee events and initiatives, including liaising with suppliers and venues
- Organising executive and client travel, meetings and events
- Support department heads with team lunch bookings etc.
- Support administration for meeting room bookings and client meetings
- Organising catering in the office when required
- Organising couriers for shipping of goods inside and outside the UK
- Support staff with IT/facilities queries and help solve or signpost
- Set up of project jobs in the company proprietary software Radar to track costs, raise POs

**HR administration**
- Support with sourcing and production of employee collateral
- Administration of employee experience budget spend and tracking
- Support administration for our recruitment initiatives
- New starter induction support including organising new starter boxes and IT equipment
- Handle holiday and absence admin
- Manage the administration of employee Vitality memberships and renewals
- Supporting with company communications on employee and business activities
- Provide support as required with Summer and Christmas parties (company events)
- Spot-check on Boost Advance administration and management
