**Role overview**
Here at Citygate Automotive, we are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our friendly team to support the Executive Assistant to the CEO and the Executive Directors. This brand new, exciting and challenging role will be based at our brand-new, state of the art office, based in the centre of Marlow.
**Responsibilities**
Asa Personal Assistant, your duties will revolve around providing comprehensive administrative support to executives or individuals. This entails managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings, ensuring efficient communication within and outside the organization. You'll handle correspondence, draft documents, and prepare presentations, all while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Additionally, travel arrangements, expense management, and task prioritization are key responsibilities. Adaptability, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are essential in executing these duties seamlessly, ultimately contributing to the smooth operation and success of the office or individual you support.

**About You**
As a Personal Assistant, you will ideally have the following skill and experiences:
- Previous experience within a Personal Assistant role, experience within the automotive industry would be preferred but not essential.
- The ability to handle information professionally and confidentially, with the upmost discretion
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, to meet strict deadlines
- Great rapport building skills, to build strong relationships with the executives
- Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
