In this role, you would be responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of HR records and database management to provide accurate management information that supports planning and business improvement. In addition, you will provide first line support and guidance in line with organisational policies, procedures, legal requirements, and best practice to managers and staff, across a range of people issues. We would typically expect at least 1 years' experience working in a similar HR administrative role to ensure an understanding of people-related policies, processes, and procedures. **Additional Information** This HR Administrator role will involve occasional travel to our other sites and off-site meetings, therefore own transport would be an advantage (but not essential) however, a driving licence is essential. In the first few weeks, we will require you to have training on site in our Head Office in Marlow, which will involve staying away from home for a few days. There may be a requirement to work additional hours on occasion in order to meet deadlines or duringpeak project work. Can demonstrate the ability to effectively evaluate a situation and escalate appropriately, proactive - Able to work effectively as a part of a team demonstrating a hands-on, energetic style with a 'can do, will do' attitude - Excellent and confident communicator both verbally and in writing; able to influence, build relationships, and gain commitment from people at all levels - Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information - IT Literate - proficient in the use of MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Accurate data entry skills **Desirable Skills**: - Ability to quickly identify issues and develop potential solutions - Proactive in your approach, acts on own initiative - Resilient and adequately robust when dealing with sensitive issues or conflicting viewpoints - Experienced in the use of HR, payroll and/or time and attendance systems e.g. Kronos, Northgate etc. - Working towards or have an interest in completing a CIPD or equivalent qualification **About Company** **Whistl** are a delivery management company providing efficient, high-quality, and competitively priced services across Business Mail, Parcels, Fulfilment, and Doordrop Media both in the UK and internationally.
