Job Introduction
We’re looking for a **Contract and Performance Administrator** to join our brilliant** Contract and Performance Team,** supporting the successful delivery of the requirements of the PFI Facilities Management contract we have on the Leeds City Council owned Swarcliffe Housing Estate.

**Yorkshire Housing** have a 30-year **Private Finance Initiative** contract, for the **Swarcliffe Estate** in **Leeds **which commenced in 2005. The PFI covers over 4,000 properties and is a prestigious initiative within the business. The contract spans several services and activities of repairs and facilities management.

As our Contract and Performance Admin you’ll play a huge part in this mission. Are you interested yet?

**What you'll be doing?**

Based on site in our Swarcliffe office, you’ll be providing effective and efficient administrative functions for the Swarcliffe PFI project to both internal and external customers.

This will include compliance and monitoring services, to make sure our contractual performance standards are met, service failures are minimised and penalties are reduced.

You’ll also be reporting and evidencing pass through costs, lifecycle claims and other recharges, ensuring YHL maximises its recoverable income.

Another key part of the role will be the production and payment of invoices and performance reports along with managing a number of other key administrative processes. This may include; assisting in response to customer complaints, monitoring that jobs are raised correctly and supporting to create newsletters for our customers at Swarcliffe.

What’s really important is that you’re a people person, with a knack for confident communication and building relationships. We need someone with demonstrable experience of data collation, attention to detail and amazing organisational skills.

We also need you to be great at analysis and reporting with experience of delivering KPI’s and maintaining systems for this incredible part of the organisation

If you have experience in Social Housing, PFI’s or simply liaising with contractors that’d also be a bonus
