We're looking for a temporary Contract Administrator with our public sector clients in Leeds, paying an NHS Band 5 salary between £25,655 up to £31,534.

**Client Details**

Our client is a large public sector organisation in Leeds City Centre.

This role can be done fully remotely, though there may be an occasional need to attend their Leeds City Centre office.

**Description**

This role will be using the NHS ATAMIS system (experience is desirable but not essential) - duties will include, though are not limited to:

- Creation of contracts, leading to allocation of a ref number to be used for purchase req.
- Uploading of contract documents, including contract change requirements
- Creation of a Public Information Notice (PIN) and uploading onto Contracts Finder/Find a Tender
- Creation of a Contract Award Notice (CAN)
- Manage temp set up of evaluation

**Profile**

We are looking for someone that has a minimum of two years' experience working in an office environment with procurement or contract experience. You must demonstrate effective secretarial and communication skills with liaison on all levels both internallyand externally to the organisation. You will need to be organised and possess excellent IT skills, and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including excel, PowerPoint and word.
