Contracts Administrator - Leeds

The main role of the Tender Administrator will be to support and coordinate with the commercial team in all aspects of the tendering and business development process.

Your Responsibilities:

- The day to day administration of tendering process from identification of opportunity to submission
- Managing various tender portals from downloading information, dealing with messages, and submitting the completed tender
- Working with the commercial team to ensure the bid and proposal documentation is formatted, collated and presented in a professional manner.
- Developing & maintaining a library of tender and PQQ information including standard company information; model submissions, project case studies and CV’s
- Maintaining CML’s inhouse tender database re pricing submissions.
- Assist with the development of any client presentations
- Reviewing corporate and public sector tendering sites / portals against the agreed potential client criteria for opportunities and completion of all the necessary company registration information
- Work with other teams within the business supporting the delivery of their roles, learning new skills and developing future opportunities for your career growth

Desirable Skills:

- Experienced and creative administrator with a structured approach, excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Minute attention to detail; any material generated must be grammatically and visually correct
- Excellent PC skills and extensive experience working with the complete Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure; meet tight timescales and juggle a variety of challenges
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Demonstrable commitment to team working
- Ability to work on own initiative
- An approachable and pro-active attitude, including a flexible approach to meet the demands inherent to the Tender Administrator role
- Some experience and understanding of a tendering process is desirable but is not essential
