Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our business working in Leeds, LS15 8ZB
Job Summary
Supporting with the delivery of effective account management and administration, ensuring contracts are managed in line with agreed KPIs
**Responsibilities**:
Contract retention - working as part of a management team ensuring high standards of service, customer satisfaction as per agreed client KPIs
Manage (daily) the time and attendance system, ensuring all records are accurate and maintained
Driving and enforcing the use of the clocking-in system
Building and maintaining positive site-level client relationships
Provision of information to cleaners relating to their role (clocking in details, cleaning spec. etc.)
Cover clean management, utilizing existing workforce where possible
Shift allocation/loading up and recording, including monitoring holiday entitlement/absence reporting etc.
Monitoring clocking compliance and driving use of T&A system in accordance with SBFM policy
Recruitment to fill vacancies
Ensuring health & safety legislation is followed at all times.
Escalate concerns to Contract Manager, as necessary.
Respond to ad hoc requests from Operations Director/Office Manager
Completing stock check and follow agreed process for ordering
Order all stock for sites within agreed budgets (via approved suppliers with no deviation without Director approval).
Completion of monthly RAG calls
Reporting repairs (on Smartsheet)
Collecting onboarding data from new starters and issue site SIN and individual PIN codes
Creating POs and completing relevant spreadsheet
Ensuring site stock/equipment levels are maintained.
Packing and posting of postal items
Support with the delivery of mobilisation tasks, including (but not limited to): consultations, recruitment, stock orders, T&A set up, uniforms and site packs etc.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate
- A proactive approach and an excellent eye for detail, methodical and organised
- Self-motivated , confident and an engaging approachable manner with a ‘can do’ flexible attitude to work requirements
- Excellent client focus
- Team player and able to motivate others
- Ability to prioritise and produce accurate work meeting deadlines under pressure
