Customer Service Administrator and Cashier

**Job Overview**
This is a full-time role that will provide Administration support to NOW Financial Planning along with Cashier duties.
Previous experience within a customer facing role would be preferable as the role will include dealing with members of the public.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Cashier Duties**:
- Greet Customers and Clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Completing customer transactions,
- Updating pass books,
- Changing addresses/opening and closing accounts,
- Staying UpToDate with new YBS products.
- Answering telephone queries relating to YBS
**Administration Support**:
- Opening and assigning post
- Preparing post to be sent (franking)
- Office facilities
- Booking appointments for NOW Financial Clients over the telephone
- Updating CRM Systems
- Obtaining policy information from Providers
**Person Specification**:
**Knowledge and experience**:
- Minimum 12-month office experience / customer facing role
- Previous Customer Experience or dealing with members of the public is desirable.
- Banking or experience in handling cash is preferred; however, full training will be provided so not essential.
- Computer literate and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- GCSE Maths & English or equivalent
**Skills and behaviours**:
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Good organisation skills as this is hybrid role over 2 departments it will require excellent organisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task.
- Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively.
- Always demonstrates a positive attitude.
- Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team.
- Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving.
Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
