Customer Specialist Advisor
**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies on service sheets and job cards daily.
- Assist with daily planning and coordination of techs given out works and getting live updates.
- Co ordinate traction for transport with live codes around the Northwest.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Order Parts and keep update with invoices.
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are me.
- Input data onto our system and
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.Liaise with Workshop regarding trailers and service and plan and ensure compliance.

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
