Reporting to**:Customer Services Co-Ordinator**
Location**:Hanley, Stoke on Trent**
Hours of Work**:8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).**

**Role Summary**:

- Management of customer accounts, including order processing, credits, debits, and query resolution.
- Internal Account Manager for Automotive OEM’s, including two dedicated customer service PCs and telephone lines.
- Maintain and review Key Performance Indicators for our major accounts.
- Communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build excellent relationships with sales functions.
- Support Customer Service Co-Ordinator, where necessary.
- Experience using SAP.
