We have the pleasure of supporting a UK manufacturing business with the recruitment of a **Customer Service Administrator** for a long established and growing business operating within the pharmaceuticals space. This business forms part of a Global £300m turnover business and has experienced significant growth in the last 2 years.
Based in **Stoke-on-Trent**, at the UK Head Office this business manufactures speciality products and pride themselves on their premium quality and consistent innovation.
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be supporting customers by answering queries regarding order, products, deliveries and complaints. You will be dealing with a range of customers based both in the UK and abroad.

**Main responsibilities of the role will include**:
- To liaise with customers/potential customers regarding. orders, products, pricing, deliveries, complaints and problems. To speedily rectify and provide help and information to the satisfaction of the customer. To promote, strengthen and enhance the Companyimage.
- To prepare computer input documentation for orders, to verify customer requirements and to highlight these.
- To input orders and participate in both database and order maintenance; and to process debits/credits.
**Experience Required**
- Good level of communication and administrative skills essential.
- At least one year’s experience in a demanding International customer service role.
- Good time management skills essential to plan, perform and prioritise a large number of concurrent and priority tasks (this may be influenced by customers in different time zones).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in order not to divulge information (such as customer specific net prices, list prices and customer specific discounts, payment terms, etc).
- Diplomacy skills essential.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure (as it is important to avoid customers receiving incorrect product, invoices, etc).
- Strong IT skills including CRM systems and MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong French language skills would be an advantage but not essential.
