**About you**:

- Demonstrate good organisation skills
- Possess strong administration skills
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, establishing strong relationships both within and outside of the company at all levels
- Strong attention to detail with an initiative taking attitude
- Competent use of Microsoft package
- Have a genuine interest in learning about the construction industry

**You will be expected to**:

- Assist the Quantity Surveyors and Contract Managers in completing administrative tasks effectively
- Manage and maintain relevant filing systems and databases
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
- Work alongside the Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Managers in preparing relevant documentation for obtaining quotations for works/material supplies
- Compare quotations received to determine the most cost effective and appropriate option
- Preparing and placing orders with subcontractors/suppliers
- Accompany the Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager to site visits as and when required

**Hours of work**:
Monday-Friday - 0830 - 1700 with 1 hour for lunch.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
