Office Administrator
APS Projects is a leading fit out company building commercial interiors across the East of England since 1987. We are currently looking for a capable office administrator to join our contracting team in our King’s Lynn office.
**Responsibilities**:
- To carry out general admin duties
- To greet visitors and receive deliveries
- To answer incoming phone calls
- To order office supplies and equipment
- To raise purchase orders to suppliers
- To update spreadsheets and programmes
Skills Required:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration
- Previous construction industry experience an advantage
- Good IT skills
- Attention to detail
- Organised and confident, with a can-do attitude
- Enjoys fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
