Our client is part of a large HGV dealer group with multiple sites across the UK - providing sales and aftersales for their specific market

**Depot Administrator Job Description**
- Day to day invoicing for Depot, to include Warranty, Retail, Contract work and any other types of Invoicing (DPD own portal)
- Ensuring month-end Work In Progress levels are within agreed targets
- Assisting with the daily running and administration of the Depot
- Time loading and workshop wages
- MOT Bookings
- Sublet Order No’s
- Admin support with R2C
- Minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) qualification in Mathematics and English
- Administrative experience
- Current driving licence
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work within guidelines and to deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail orientated
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent organisation and analytical skills
- Good understanding of the business environment in the customer interface
- Possess excellent accuracy and numeracy skills

**What's on Offer**
- Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
- Alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm
- £20,000- £22,000 pa
