**Greencrop**, part of the Ben Burgess Group, has grown from a local manufacturer and importer in the East of England to a UK-wide supplier of clean water irrigation, dirty water, and slurry systems. Our dealer network covers a broad range of solutions, including digestate separators, pumps, and mixing systems for AD plants.

Our Operations Assistant role is a key administrative support position within Greencrop, assisting our Sales and Service team in day-to-day operations. Based at our Beeston office, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth business operations by coordinating with customers, suppliers, technicians, and our European partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing assistance or directing them appropriately.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, dealers, and colleagues to support sales and service operations.
- Process warranty claims from our dealer network and submit claims to suppliers.
- Process sales orders and machine configurations as required.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to ensure all paperwork is completed on time.
- Support the invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Organise haulage for machine deliveries from international suppliers and UK dealers.
- Receive machines into stock, ensuring they are assembled and registered for warranty.
- Handle marketing via the Greencrop social media pages and keep the website updated.
- Assist with stock checks and machine hire as requested.
- Support the organisation of exhibitions in collaboration with the Sales Manager_._

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous administration experience (experience in Agriculture, Plant, or Automotive industries is an advantage).
- A keen interest in agricultural machinery or mechanical equipment would be beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn.
