Job Title Skilled Operatives Location King's Lynn, England, United Kingdom Shift Pattern Core shift pattern is Monday to Friday: 06:00am to 14:00pm / 14:00pm to 22:00pm rotating. Some roles may differ and require arriving early as part of setup. Compensation and Benefits Competitive wage, paid breaks, and weekly attendance bonus. Responsibilities Ensure any safety concerns are raised immediately. Complete all quality checks and ensure all documentation is completed and forwarded to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Be fully aware of the critical control points on the line and ensure they are monitored and controlled effectively. Assist the key operative in ensuring that the line/machine settings are checked, set up as appropriate and are ready to run at the start of the shift. Have full involvement in changeovers. Raise any training needs of all personnel on the line to your key Operative. Other Information Heavy lifting may be required; full manual handling training will be provided.
