**Executive Assistant Job Description**
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive executive assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Managing Director. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is flexible and able to work in a very fast paced environment. The excutive owns a number of busisses and will be requiring support across these as well as outside of normal working hours due to the nature of his role.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar management**: Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- **Expense Management**: Track and process expenses, reconcile statements, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Meeting preparation**: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings.
- **Travel arrangements**: Book trains, hotels, and taxis for the executive's business trips.
- **Administrative support**: Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
**Qualifications/ experience**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, ideally within a construction company or with an entrepreneur
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Apple Mac
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
