RW Walpole Ltd are looking for an experienced administrator with a flair for social media to join our small office team. We are a long established, family business who propagate and grow a wide range of soft fruit plants for sale to commercial fruit growers, plant retailers and amateur gardeners.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Answering the telephone, dealing directly with enquiries, or redirecting to the relevant person in a professional and courteous manner.
- Compiling daily despatch paperwork.
- Booking transport and creating labels.
- Handling customer orders and providing order confirmations.
- Maintaining the customer database.
- Creating customer invoices.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning and photocopying for other areas of the business as required.
- Recording of royalties and maintaining licences.
- Maintain appropriate stocks of stationery and first aid items.

**Social Media & Marketing -**
- Create and manage social media content, interact on socials and monitor reactions and engagements on Facebook, Instagram etc.
- Assist with the creation of advertising materials.
- Update the website.
- Assist with the preparation of materials for photographing.

**Requirements -**
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
