We are a technology led business resilience and travel risk solutions company offering 24/7/365 global assistance and support (including medical) to the expatriate and business travelling employees of our corporate clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with the administration of processing the Assistance invoicing
- New client implementation, changes to existing clients procedures & Anvil’s own internal process documents
- General admin support to include development of procedures, reports, e-learning and SharePoint

Additionally, the Associate will assist the Head of International Assistance with admin support and in the development of new and existing clients, working closely with Insurance and Medical Assistance Companies. The Associate will be a problem solving critical thinker with a detailed approach.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Review and develop existing process and procedures in line with client requirements
- Assist with processing and collating, matching and tracking of case invoices and communicate requests for invoicing to the Accounts department
- Assist with developing existing insurance relationships, including review of existing processes and querying and resolving issues with transactions
- Liaise with clients and suppliers with confidence
- Contribute to regular Operations team meetings
- Escalate issues, risks, ideas/suggestions to the line manager as needed to ensure business effectiveness and processes continue to be fit for purpose
- Able to work independently and manage own tasks and workload
- Ad hoc tasks and support as required by the Head of Physical Operations, Group Managing Director and Operations team

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and to deadlines
- Methodical/logical approach. Able to follow and develop processes
- An inquisitive mind, capable of understanding complex processes
- Proven time management skills; ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks with competing timelines in a fast moving environment and adapt to changing operational requirements
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, including excel
- Strong team player with the ability to carry out additional responsibilities calmly and professionally
