Aircraft Refuellers

**Job description**

We're looking for individuals to join our team as Aircraft Refuellers. Full training provided, a competitive salary and the opportunity to join a growing team in the busy and exciting world of aviation.

This post involves the refuelling of Aircraft in accordance with Company operating procedures, ensuring that our high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.

**Main Responsibilities of the role**
- To ensure that all operations are completed to the highest standards in accordance with customer, airport, health and safety, HM Customs, security, environmental compliance and BIAL regulations and procedures.
- Complying with and maintaining the integrity of all Company safety and operational standards.
- Correct recording of all stock movement and sales.
- Operating correct emergency procedures in the event of incidents.
- Acting as the first point of contact with customers and maintaining the highest standard of customer service levels.
- Participating in training and maintaining competency in all procedures associated with the handling of Aviation Product and into-plane refuelling operation.
- Maintaining all necessary records on refuelling / product quality activity.

**Salary**: £33,471.36 per annum for a 36 hour working week, which includes shift working.

**Essential Requirements**:
No experience is required as we will provide full training in all aspects of aircraft refuelling, safety procedures and aviation regulations however applicants should have:

- **A HGV/LGV class 1 (C+E) driving license**This is a fundamental requirement for the role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
- An eye for detail and recognise the importance of providing clear and accurate data at all times.
- A strong commitment to health & safety.
