Inbound Chat Customer Service Advisor

**Role Highlights**:
- Location: Office-based, in the heart of Warrington
- Contract Type: Full-time and Permanent
- Salary: £25,000 per year (plus the potential for bonus payment)
- Chat customer service advisor working within one of the UK’s largest utilities providers.
- Shifts will between 08:00 - 22:00 Monday, to Sunday - based on either a rotational pattern, or fixed alignment (as agreed with the business based upon capacity requirements).

**Your Role**:
Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be evident as you guide customers through their energy journey with ease. You'll be responsible for promptly escalating issues to the appropriate areas, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution every time.
Upon joining our team, you'll embark on an 8-week journey in our dedicated training program, where you'll receive comprehensive instruction in customer service and energy-related inquiries. By the time you transition to your permanent team, you'll be equipped with the skills and mindset needed to propel your career to new heights.
You will engage with our customers via a chat function and deal with multiple queries at the same time - so keeping your cool under pressure, maintaining a high degree of accuracy of having a strong command of written English will be amongst your existing skillsets.

**What We're Looking For**:
- **Experience**: Preferably, you'll have at least 6 months of experience in customer service, contact centre, sales, or retail roles.
