**Inbound Customer Service Advisor**

Are you passionate about customer service? Do you want to work for a well-established company based in Warrington?

You will be working for a leading client within our industry which will allow for you to learn new skills and to develop and progress within the company.

**Role Information**:

- Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Being the first point of contact for all customer queries maintaining effective communication throughout
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers
- Liaising with relevant departments
- Adding all relevant information / correspondence onto the customer's account.
- Monday
- Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm (40 hours)
Basic Salary + Attendance Bonus + Upselling Bonus_

Pay: From £23,872.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
