**The Role**

You would be joining us at a very exciting time

Due to our continued growth, unprecedented demand for our digital healthcare solutions and ambitious plans for the future both nationally and internationally, we are looking for a Head of International Partnerships to join our Health Transformation team who will lead our International Reseller Programme.

Our Head of International Partnerships will be responsible for increasing brand awareness for both Spirit Health and our remote patient monitoring software CliniTouch in international markets.

The role will identify, engage, qualify and support key partners through the CliniTouch international reseller programme.

You will build fantastic, robust, long-term relationships with international partners within the programme, enabling them to resell CliniTouch successfully within their local markets.

You will exhibit the drive and initiative to develop, own and execute an international business plan (in partnership with the Commercial Director) which is aligned to Spirit’s international ambitions.

You will work within the commercial management team as a trusted voice to ensure Spirit maintains and enhances its position as a trusted, respected provider of digital healthcare services.

To be a success in your role as our Head of International Partnerships, you will have:

- Strong Healthcare experience, ideally within the Digital Healthcare space
- Demonstrable experience of successfully creating and executing an international business plan within the healthcare sector
- Proven experience in supporting healthcare businesses to launch internationally
- Experience of managing a partner network (or equivalent) within the healthcare sector
- Experience working within, or alongside the UK Department for International Trade (or equivalent) with demonstrable knowledge of how to manage/leverage these relationships
- Project management experience with an ability to work on your own initiative, organise and be accountable for own workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking, with an awareness and understanding of different cultural norms/approaches to business
- Able and willing to regularly travel internationally
- MBA - or as a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies, Business Management or other similar qualification
