This company prides themselves on their flexibility and understand that you actually do have a life outside of work The full-time hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm, however there is flexibility around the core hours of 10:00am-4:00pm for those that need a bit of extra flex.

This temporary Customer Service position is based in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire and will be looking to pay up to £23,000pa, and will be on-going for a minimum period of 6 months.

Some of the duties you may be carrying out in this position will include:

- Processing customer orders
- Planning orders following production lead times and customer requests
- Liaising with the planning team with any urgent requests
- Following up with the logistics team on shipment delays or queries
- Processing purchase orders
- Raising warranty return requests
- Processing credit notes & invoices
- Keeping customers updated on the status of their orders
- Investigating and responding to customer enquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams as and when required.
