VACANCY - Customer Service Advisor Job Description The Customer Service Team is seeking a Customer Service Advisor – a customer focussed multi-tasker who has excellent organisation, administration, and communication skills. This is a temporary, hybrid role based at Linx House reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader. A secondment would be considered for a development opportunity. Your challenge The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our global Channel Partners. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Process customer orders accurately, and confirm delivery dates

• Plan orders following production lead times and customer consolidation requests

• Liaise with the planning team for any urgent requests

• Follow up with the logistics team on any shipment delays or queries

• Keep customers updated on the status of their orders

• Respond to customer enquiries, collaborating with our Logistics and Operations Teams when needed, including Third-Party Supplier Teams The essential requirements of the job include:

• Experience in a Customer Service, Supply Chain or an Administration role

• Customer focused, can work individually and deliver as part of a team

• Numerate and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to manage interactions with internal and external global stakeholders

• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
