We have a number of full time and part time **Customer Service Advisor** roles available in our Customer Operations team, both permanent and fixed term and with the benefit of being on an annualised hours contract. Weekends are on a rota basis and even then it’s a Saturday morning only

**In this role, you will**
- Handle all our customer contacts at various touchpoints throughout a customer’s journey from ordering to delivery.
- Understand our systems and processes, to enable you to resolve a customer’s query on their first contact with us.
- Work closely with a number of business functions including our Connected team, Supply Operations and My Boiler Service teams to enable fast and efficient resolutions to customers questions and continuous improvements to our ways of working
- Proactively provide feedback and recommendations to improve our processes, systems, and customer experience
- Help your colleagues to do their best work. We deliver results as a team.

**Your success will be measured by**
- Contacts per hour
- Quality of calls (based on call listening by team leaders)
- Rota adherence

**You’ll likely have**
- Excellent communication skills - including written and oral English
- A can do, solution focused attitude to assisting our customers, whatever their query
- A resilient attitude, able to handle the peaks of a seasonal business
- A proven track record of delivering to target and expectation in a Customer Service and/or sales environment
- A dynamic and flexible approach to your workload with the ability to multitask
- IT competent and the ability to type quickly and accurately

**The reward**
- Salary range: £20,085 to £23,000 per annum (pro-rata for part time staff)
- Bonus: Up to 10% of your salary
