Hi,

Stand Back To Grow is dedicated to inspiring and educating entrepreneurs. My latest business novel (co-authored by a best-selling business novel writer, Jeff Cox) explains the steps needed to make a company work without the owner, so that it can continue its growth. To ensure the success the book and movement deserves, I am looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist who can drive sales, engage with audiences on social media, and generate buzz through various media channels.

In short, I have built a London based company and exited it last year, allowing me to now fly my own plane and have time for my children. I have the burning desire to help other business owners grow their businesses successfully too, hence the Stand Back To Grow movement (including the book, comprehensive online course and various mentoring options).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Promotion**: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive book sales across various platforms.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram. Help create and share engaging content to attract and retain followers.
- **Content Creation**: Assist in generating innovative ideas for blog posts, articles, videos, and other content formats to promote the book, online course and mentoring. I happily create content, however advice, guidance and assistance in this area is sought after.
- **Media Outreach**: Reach out to podcasters, radio hosts, and TV producers to secure interviews and features.
- **Speaking Engagements**: Identify and secure speaking opportunities at exhibitions, networking events, training seminars, and other relevant venues.
- **Networking**: Build relationships with key influencers, industry leaders, and potential partners to enhance book visibility.
- **Creative Thinking**: Employ out-of-the-box marketing strategies to generate buzz and increase awareness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing, particularly in book promotion or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with the business and entrepreneurial landscape is a plus.
