We are looking for a Remote Digital Marketer to manage our client’s digital and social platforms and liaise with clients on a regular basis.

We are forward-thinking, with an eye on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to support and grow our clients’ platforms.

You would be a team-player, whilst also being able to generate your own tasks, design strategies and content plans, organise clients and collaborations, and can take on responsibility and work to tight deadlines at times.

**The responsibilities of this job role include**:

- Use the companies project management software to keep the entire team on track to deadlines and updates.
- To ensure projects can be delivered on time, whilst working to tight deadlines and budgets.
- You will report to the Director regularly with timely updates of all current projects.
- Planning resource and timings to suit ever-changing client requirements
- Communicating to staff around all aspects of the digital project lifecycle
- Communicating project briefs and scopes (and defining these) to the project teams
- Coordinating with all project teams, including design, development and quality assurance, to ensure deliverables are kept on track
- Supporting the project teams with tracking issues and scheduling of regular meetings regarding all active projects
- Being able to manage multiple digital projects at the same time
- Providing a project and business report each month which is inclusive of performance recommendations and statistics.
- Identifying opportunities to bring on more clients and implement plans for business development

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience in the digital marketing field, preferably within another agency
- Experience using Canva for graphic design or similar software.
- Experience editing vidoes with apps such as InShot, CapCut or similar
- Understanding of web-platforms would be preferable ie Wordpress, Shopify, to update client pages and edit
- An appreciation for attention-to-detail in all that you do and eye for graphic design
- At least 2 years commercial experience

**Additional Key Qualities and Skills**
- You must be personable and have the ability to communicate professionally with high end clients and business owners.
- Be friendly, positive and self-motivated.
- Have excellent time management.
- Possess a strong knowledge of professional marketing principles, practices and techniques.
- Show a very good attention to detail when communicating in writing across all forms of media.
- Good computer skills to work with data and reporting tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
