**About this team**:
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven **Ecosystem Marketing Specialist** to join our team and drive the strategy as well as execution of our social media campaigns.

**Your Role**:

- Ecosystem Relationship Management:

- Onboard, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the blockchain and crypto industry.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with KOLs to ensure timely content posting and accurate representation of the Mantle Network brand.
- Identify, cultivate and manage a good ecosystem relationships with KOLs and influencers
- Content Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with KOLs to develop and deliver brand-aligned content that effectively communicates Mantle Network's value proposition.
- Provide clear guidelines and instructions to KOLs regarding content requirements, key messages, and target audience.
- Review and approve content submissions from KOLs to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Performance Tracking:

- Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the impact of KOL marketing campaigns, including impression and engagement metrics.
- Analyze data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of KOL collaborations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Utilize insights to refine strategies, enhance campaign performance, and maximize the reach and impact of KOL marketing efforts.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, content, and social media, to align KOL marketing initiatives with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Provide feedback and insights to support the development of compelling brand content and messaging that resonates with KOLs and target audiences.
- Collaborate on the creation of NDA templates and streamline the signing process for efficient and seamless collaboration with KOLs.

**Your Craft**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in executing ecosystem marketing campaigns, preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
- Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, Ethereum, and Layer 2 networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate representation of the brand's messaging and values.
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Familiarity with Docusign and the ability to facilitate their signing process.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
