Here at MJ Quinn we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Coordinator to join the business, working on our established Telecommunications Service Delivery project. This position will be based in our Head Office in Knowsley, Liverpool, working 40 hours between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday.

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for ‘on the day’ allocation of work for our field-based engineers. You will answer inbound calls from engineers, providing remote support and making changes to their workstack where required.

We are looking for a confident, motivated individual whose focus is to manage and work closely with our engineers and customers. A confident telephone manner with strong organisational skills is essential to the role. A good geographical knowledge of the UK would be advantageous. Working on your own initiative you will need to be highly organised and be proficient with Microsoft Office to ensure the smooth running of the Jeopardy Department.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Handling calls, scheduling a range of works
- Managing the customer and client relationships
- Validating each job to ensure the required information is available,
- Ensuring all regulatory information is updated and logged in real time with status updates on the internal system
- Rescheduling jobs that fall out of programme
- Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, to maintain levels of service delivery and programme works in line with contract specific requirements and engineer and supervisor capabilities and timescales
