**Role Description**:
As our Sales Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients of our Speakers Business. Your main objective will be to provide exceptional support and assurance to the business by efficiently processing data and handling a wide range of administration tasks. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving us towards our ambitious vision.

- Engaging with our valued clients, promptly addressing their enquiries and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Collaborating with the team to prepare compelling proposals, ensuring tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- Assisting in the preparation and management of contracts to facilitate seamless operations.
- Proactively managing various account management duties, including daily task follow-ups, logístical arrangements, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
- Working closely with clients to ensure the flawless execution of our inspiring events.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, enabling effective tracking and analysis.
- Actively communicating customer feedback to internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Providing responsive support to internal and external queries, demonstrating your commitment to exceptional service delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: £22,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
