**The Client**
Our Client are a Nationwide Facilities & Property Management Company who provide domestic & building maintenance solutions across the Country. Due to demand, they are looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Customer Services Coordinator to work fromtheir offices in Liverpool.
**The Role**
You will join a team of 10 other Representatives and will be required to take incoming calls from customers and allocate repair works. The calls will be a range of queries such as requests for repair appointments, operatives needing more work, jobs thatneed rearranging or requiring more time etc. You will be required to log all calls with clear notes on to an in-house computer system and schedule to the relevant Engineers diary depending on their skill set and the region they are based.
**Duties**:
First point of contact for customers, clients, and operatives.
Receiving repairs & maintenance requests and logging accurately on to an in-house system
Allocating works to relevant with engineers
Updating the progress of all works
Escalating any poor performance to your line manager, so support can be given
Liaising with other departments/teams if necessary
Managing SLA's to ensure faults are completed within deadlines
**Skills**:
Must be a team player but must also be able to work on own initiative
Must be able to prioritise a very busy workload & handle a high volume of calls
Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Must be able to diagnose a repair/priority
Must have Customer Service/Help Desk experience
Must be PC Literate with strong typing skills
Must have strong attention to detail
