As **Customer Services Advisor** for you will be providing a fantastic service, supporting the business to resolve issues relating to claims and complaints.

**Your role will include**:

- Liaise with the client (Openreach) on shared platforms to acknowledge, further and respond on complaints and claims raised and deal through to resolution
- Raise complaints and claims and refer details to relevant stakeholders
- Follow escalation process for complaints and claims as appropriate
- Ensure MJ Quinn Managers are given accurate details of complaints on time and are tracked for closures.
- Allocation of a complaint against root cause to report back to the Area Teams.
- Provide Area Managers with statistics of complaints and claims broken back by Engineer
- Provide ECJ weekly report to Openreach on compliance of surveys completed
- Provide weekly reports to Managers in relation to non-compliance of Engineers completing surveys
- Work with the Customer Service Manager, the Quality Manager and the Operational Support Team to identify poor performance across the scorecard.

**Experience**:

- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Excellent communicating skills both face to face and over the telephone
- Ability to manage multiple workloads.
- IT Literate, experience of Microsoft 365 preferred.
