Customer Service Administrator

Gap Plastics Knowsley has an opportunity to increase its administration team.
Working in the production office we are looking for a customer service focused individual who can take on the responsibility for customers orders and general enquiries coming into the manufacturing site.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Handling all incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Customer service.
- Process Orders received over the in-house portal.
- Take ownership of all customer enquiries.
- Build up good customer relations wherever possible.
- Ensuring you work to towards achieving company KPI’s.
- Working to internal deadlines and cut-offs.
- Ensuring that customers are kept informed of the progress of their order or issues.
- Keeping up to date records of customer issues and resolutions.
