Customer Care Administrator

We are a rapidly expanding business based in Knowsley. We strive to provide high quality fresh produce to our customers and provide excellent customer service and care.
We are looking for a motivated individual to help us continue with the level of growth. The role will be a diverse one and may change as the business grows.
The position will be based at Knewsley where you will be part of a small and driven team where you will be involved with many exciting challenges in our effort to become one of the best suppliers of fresh produce
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Handle customer complaints and resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and detailed records eg orders, invoices, stock level, receipts, supplies etc, in the database
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- A hands-on approach will be required to support the daily operation and to ensure all orders are dispatched and delivered according to customers requirements
- Responsible for all day to day administrative tasks
**Skills**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritse
- Willing to learn and an excellent team player
- self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively within a small team
