**Overview**:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Peterborough area dealing with mortgages up to £500k, with an average property value of£250k, and where on average 200 properties are sold per month in the geographical area according to land registry.

**Main Duties**:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join an established estate agency office in the heart of Peterborough.

The busy estate agency branch based in Peterborough requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work closely with the the team of introducers, dealing with fresh leads provided on a daily basis.

The team will have regular meetings with the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser based in Peterborough, referring any new clients registered with the branch.

As well as dealing with fresh leads from an incentivised and financial services driven team of introducers, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Peterborough area, you will have full access to the branches existing databaseof clients. As a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will be able to offer the clients a remortgage service

In the Peterborough branch as a qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will be dealing with mortgages up to £500k, with an average property size of £250k and case size of £3,000 where you will receive a minimum of £300 per case.

£24,000 - £28,000 basic, plus car/ or allowance, financial guarantees for 5 months, bonus, and commission OTE £55,000

**Key Skills**:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Peterborough branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).

Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales, if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.

As well as being an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living within an easy commute of the Peterborough branch, you must possess excellent communication skills both written and orally and be confident to pro-actively contact the branches loyalexisting client database.
