Within our commercial lending team, a new opportunity has arisen for four Lead Completions Specialists to join a growing and exciting Commercial Lending Division. **About the role**

As Lead Completions Specialist, you’ll be leading you will a team of completion specialists, empowering them to be the best they can be and helping them deliver timely and secure mortgage completions and a great experience to our customers and brokers.

In this role, you will build and maintain excellent relationships with our Panel lawyers, key brokers, lead underwriters and lead relationship directors, providing a high level of stakeholder engagement.

You’ll provide direction and guidance to enable your team to consistently deliver great customer experiences and lending outcomes. To do this, you will take ownership for the ongoing coaching and development within your team.

Away from this, you will also maximise operational efficiencies by continually challenging the processes within the department to drive better customer and colleague experiences.

**About you**

This is a role where you’ll need extensive mortgage experience and/or experience leading and developing teams. This’ll be coupled with;
- Experience of leading and enabling teams to deliver great customer experience and outcomes
- Ability to seek out solutions to risks posed and propose safe solutions to underwriting
- Ability to manage complex/high value transactions, leading from offer to completion
- Confidence in effectively managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail with all aspects of security documentation CeMap qualification or the equivalent is desirable but not essential
