- Previous Mortgage Administration experience is not essential but preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Superior organisational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

**Mortgage Administrator**:
- Duties:
**Complete general PA tasks**:
- Managing diaries
- Booking in appointments
- Dealing with some inbound calls
- Data entry
**Mortgage Administration**:
- Building client profiles within the CRM
- Completing and submitting decision in principles
- Chasing lenders, providers, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties to ensure each case completes as swiftly and smoothly as possible
- Ensuring the broker submissions are compliant
