**All-Tech Electrical and Mechanical Ltd ** is a local electrical company, and we are looking for an Administrator.

This is a new position at **All-Tech Electrical and Mechanical Ltd** and you will be a vital part of each project completion, providing team members with the support they require and monitoring client portals, to ensure the running of a high quality and commercially successful project while ensuring and maintaining an organised and effective office environment.

**NEED TO HAVE**
- GCSE in Maths & English (or equivalent )
- Good telephone skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft (specifically Word and Excel), and Outlook
- Must live within easy commute of Peterborough but with the possibility to work from home also.

**NEED TO DO**
- Answer incoming calls
- Forward queries received onto the relevant team member to be resolved
- Help to log information (e.g. photos received in from tradesmen, receipts)
- Assist with day-to-day admin tasks
- Promote a warm and welcoming environment for customers, clients and staff
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude both over the telephone and in person
- Support the management team

Social media knowledge will be beneficial.

Use of Quickbooks Accounting or similar experience beneficial.

Working hours : starting at 20 hours per week (5 days a week - Monday to Friday) increasing to ful time hours over time.

Salary will be based on your skills & previous experience.
