This position is perfect for someone who loves to work at a fast pace, use their own initiative, and whom wants to be part of a great team You will be working at our Head Office, based in Lynch Wood Business Park.

The responsibilities include:

- Management and recording of all incoming and outgoing post.
- Pre-visit arrangements such as booking meetings, coordinating planning of events and itineraries, sending letters of confirmation.
- Welcome visitors when they arrive and cater for their needs appropriately.
- Maintain efficient record system for both electronic and paper filing.
- Take minutes of meetings, write up and distribute a concise and accurate copy to those needed.
- Coordinate the purchase of office supplies and refreshments and the repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Provide word processing and general administrative support
- Other additional administrative tasks as required
- Ensure that your work area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy plus free from any deliveries at all times allowing a pleasant waiting area for visitors
- General office duties; Filing, archiving, producing reports on request

**Skillset required**
- Must be highly proficient in all aspects of the English language to provide excellent communication skills in any medium required
- Have a customer service oriented positive and motivated approach to your work
- Conscientious, hard-working and committed to delivering the company ethos
- Proficient IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work as necessary
- Full training will be given to cover all aspects of the work to be carried out

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
