We are currently working for a Logistics Process Improvement Coordinator to join our growing MMID business to lead, coach and support the delivery of process improvement projects to optimise value creation, working within the MMID values and standards. This role is predominatly field based and will involve extensive travel to the UK MMID sites.

**Logistics Operational Data Analysis**
- Uses data for analysis and evaluation of all logistics processes including depot chill pick information, driver departure times and all other logistics processes to enable best in class performance and results to be implemented across all sites
- Data driven trouble shooting capability deployed to overcome challenges around pick face alignment, better ways of working, picking routines and all other process areas.
- Utilises Six Sigma green belt methodology to understand and improve processes, removing waste and creating better ways of working.
- Can deploy effectively many lean / TPM based tools and philosophies to include SMED, 5S and standard work deployment including RCA
- Uses technical knowledge to achieve results, who's who to ask for help, uses mistakes as a lesson learnt, understands the opportunities for personal development, has confidence to communicate issues clearly, seeks opportunities to build on technical knowledge (LMS Framework), uses own strengths and those in the team to achieve results
