**Main Responsibilities**:
Health & Safety
- Follow mill H&S procedures and practices; proactively propose improvements.
- Report any issues immediately using mill procedures.
- Support internal operations audits; provide feedback to the internal logistics manager and provider.
- Assist with H&S and Enablon investigations and follow-up actions.
- Issue work permits within area of responsibility.
- Support and participate in logistics safety walks.
Environmental
- Adhere to mill Environmental procedures and practices; suggest improvements when needed.
- Report environmental issues promptly using mill procedures.
Quality
- Assist the internal logistics manager with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and corrective actions.
- Help manage supply metrics in the PFR yard through KPIs and action plans.
- Support customer claims investigations and GPS data input.
Operations
- Support daily management of internal logistics operations including reels warehouse, shunting, and PFR yard to ensure smooth processes and systems (truck scales, RF devices, fiber testers, etc.).
- Liaise with internal and external departments to optimize the supply chain.
- Conduct daily walk-arounds and KPI scoring.
- Participate in daily reviews with internal 3PL, market office, external logistics, production, and supply teams.
- Update and issue daily, weekly, and monthly departmental KPIs.
- Manage internal logistics administration.
- Oversee mill fleet including forklifts, cherry pickers, and mobile platforms (Saica site only).
- Manage logistics facility issues and work orders via Maximo; collaborate with mechanical, electrical maintenance, and technical teams.
- Prepare and send weekly forecasts to internal 3PL.
- Coordinate logistics actions across Supply, Internal, and Logistics departments.
Investments/Capex
- Support CAPEX scope definition and improvement projects.
- Collaborate in the deployment of new projects.
Other Skills & Requirements
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
