Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Location: Manchester (Office & Warehouse-Based) Salary: Up to £32,000 + Package Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Overview We’re looking for a proactive Logistics Support professional to work closely with the Logistics & Operations Controller within a leading organisation in the medical equipment and healthcare supply sector . This role plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day running of logistics, warehousing, and operational activities — ensuring products reach customers accurately, efficiently, and on time. It’s a great opportunity for someone with logistics or warehouse experience who’s looking to take the next step and develop in a growing, fast-paced business. Key Responsibilities Support the Logistics & Operations Controller with daily logistics and warehousing operations. Assist with order processing, stock management, and dispatch coordination. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock audits. Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to track deliveries and resolve issues. Help prepare reports and documentation for logistics performance and KPI tracking. Ensure all operations meet health & safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics function. Skills & Competencies Strong organisational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems (advantageous). Team player with a hands-on, proactive approach. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain support. Understanding of stock control and distribution processes.
