**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyse logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement in operations.
- Type and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Utilise 3PL (third-party logistics) services to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries related to logistics operations.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
- Communicate with clients in China and customers in UK, keeping a stable and professional relationship with both.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proficient in data entry and record management practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
- Familiar with the use of pump truck and fork lifts.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and face sudden challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: £27,800.00-£38,700.00 per year
