**About Us**:
Romac Logistics is a leading provider of transport and logistics services across the UK.

Due to expansion, we are looking for two **Regional Transport Compliance Officers** based in the North West and South West.

This role involves travelling between our depots to ensure the highest standards of compliance and safety across our transport operations. Company vehicle will be provided for travel between depots.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor compliance, quality control and assurance standards for all fleet management areas.
- Ensure all distribution activities comply with Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
- Manage preventive and cyclical maintenance, as well as responsive and reactive repairs.
- Oversee vehicle testing, inspections, installation, and improvement projects.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all fleet activities.
- Conduct regular vehicle management and maintenance checks.
- Audit and report on transport departments to ensure drivers comply with regulations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a Fleet Management role.
- Strong knowledge of the transport industry and its current trends.
- Transport Managers Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
- Proficiency in fleet management software/tools.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
