**How you’ll help us succeed**

To ensure all online and face-to-face courses run smoothly by coordinating Zoom
sessions, administering course assessment marking, organising delivery of classroom

course materials, verifying courses are appropriately set up
Work with the team to identify and execute on opportunities to continuously improve
processes to deliver value to the customer as efficiently as possible
- Logistics- Perform allocated tasks in line with service levels to both internal and external
- stakeholders- Ensure timely online course (Zoom) setup, hosting, maintenance and technical
- support- Deliver against national marking requirements plan including booking markers
- and managing the logistics of exam responses- Verify accuracy and completeness of Navision course data
- Review and reconcile all timetables with Zoom and Navision
- Organise and prioritise your tasks ensuring that the team key objectives are met
- Ensure the ordering and distribution of ICAEW digital course materials is
- undertaken on a national basis in a timely fashion- Maintain course material stock controls for management information purposes

and to monitor and control wastage
- Operational efficiency- Monitor processes and listen to stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities
- for efficiency gains- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve processes and deliver value- Help make Kaplan a great place, driven by shared purpose, where everyone can

succeed and build a brighter future together
- Continuous Improvement- Support the development and improvement of the marking administration and

delivery of classroom course materials by reporting back on any issues or trends
developing

You’ll also carry out other duties, within the broad scope and spirit of your role, as
requested by your manager. Our business continuously evolves, so your role will too.

- High level of written and verbal communication for a professional audience
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets knowledge desirable
- Sense of urgency and commitment to meet deadlines
- Able to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Able to identify what’s important to stakeholders and prioritise accordingly
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
