Customer Service Advisor, Sport and Betting

As a Sports and Betting Customer Service Advisor within the twilight’s team you will be the heart of sport and betting communication with our customers.

Our Customer Service Department has its own dedicated team solely for sport and betting related queries, including Football, Cricket, Horse Racing, Tennis, eSports plus many other sports. You will have a clear passion and interest in the sport and gamblingworld.

The twilight shift working week runs Monday through to Sunday and is followed with seven nights off. A typical shift is 14:00-01:30. The training will be begin on the day shift working any five days from seven.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Providing first time resolutions to customers’ betting queries and complaints.
- Resolving bet settlement issues.
- Investigating issues thoroughly.
- Using bespoke internal tools to assist and take ownership of communications.
- Communicating with our global customer base.
- Being aware of the sporting calendar.
