Who we are looking for
A Sports and Betting Customer Service Advisor that will be the heart of sport and betting communication with our customers.
Our Customer Service Department has its own dedicated team solely for sport and betting related queries, including Football, Cricket, Horse Racing, Tennis, eSports plus many other sports. You will have a clear passion and interest in the sport and gambling world.
The position is offered on a full time basis working any five days from seven, including evening and weekend work.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home.

- Preferred skills and experience- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to multi-task.- Competent computer, literacy and numeracy skills.- Effective decision maker.- Sport and betting knowledge.- Willingness to learn.- Effective problem solver.- Main Responsibilities- Providing first time resolutions to customers’ betting queries and complaints.- Resolving bet settlement issues.- Investigating issues thoroughly.- Using bespoke internal tools to assist and take ownership of communications.- Communicating with our global customer base.- Being aware of the sporting calendar.- Want to become part of the team?- The benefits of working with us
