Who we are looking for

A Sports and Betting Customer Service Advisor within the night’s team that will be the heart of sport and betting communication with our customers
Our Customer Service Department has its own dedicated team solely for sport and betting related queries, including Football, Cricket, Horse Racing, Tennis, eSports plus many other sports. You will have a clear passion and interest in the sport and gambling world.

The night shift working week runs Monday through to Sunday and is followed with seven nights off. A typical shift is 20:00-07:30. The training will be begin on the day shift working any five days from seven. In return, we offer a competitive salary, a generous bonus scheme and a wide range of other benefits.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home.
