**Summary**: Huda Beauty is looking for a highly motivated **Customer Service Coordinator **to be responsible for overseeing the life-cycle of customer orders, from their receipt all the way through to delivery, providing world class customer service to both our internal and external partners.

Huda Beauty customers are expected to receive a near perfect service that supports long term relationships and ultimately the brand growth and expansion. Ensuring a smooth flow of order information from the customer to HB and vice versa.

**Requirements**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring a smooth flow of order information into ERP Microsoft Dynamics system when orders are received, either manually, through the upload function or EDI
- Be the main point of contact between customers and HB for any queries regarding orders and order amendments
- Manage orders with the warehouse making sure orders are shipped in a timely manner
- Request POs from customers for all upcoming newness launches ensuring orders are placed and processed for the correct forecast allocation
- Provide weekly ad hoc stock reports to retailers and commercial team with most up to date ETAs
- Creating and coordinating return orders for agreed RTV’s from commercial, making sure returns are closed based on quantities received by the DCs
- Raising investigations on order shortages with our warehouses
- Provide commercial invoices for all export orders
- Month end communication on orders and phasing of orders to the Operations Manager

- Great attention to detail and able to work under pressure
